About Camping World - Medford
Camping World in Medford is an RV dealer and repair shop on the same lot. The parts department gets mentioned in reviews, and they handle roof, AC and awning work. You can also pick up camping gear while you're there. Reviewers talk about the trailer selection a lot, and many say the sales staff kept things low pressure. One reviewer had a towing setup done on a vehicle that wasn't a typical Jeep hookup, and praised the service manager for sticking with it until the issue was fixed. Another said staff owned a mistake with a fifth wheel hitch and made it right with a new hitch that fit. The parts counter got a nod too: when a camp chair was missing its bag, an employee bagged the floor model and helped carry the old chairs out. Not every story is smooth. One customer said an agreed trade-in value was lowered at delivery, and another felt talked into a service contract that didn't cover what they expected. With 1,300 reviews, you get a mix.
