About Camping World - Jackson
Camping World in Jackson is an RV dealer first, but the shop side handles repairs too, and the reviews mention roof work, A/C, awnings, generators and body work. It also stocks parts and can get involved when an insurance claim needs sorting out. Sales get most of the praise. Reviewers talk about staff who listen, give you room to decide and don't push. One customer called ahead from seven hours away and got videos of the rig before making the drive. Staff being kind comes up again and again, and a service advisor named Eric got a shoutout for giving up his lunch break so a couple mid-trip could get back on the road. It isn't all smooth. One owner brought the RV in for two rooftop A/C units and got poor communication and no callbacks. Another bought a new camper and found the furnace dead and leaks on the first trip out. Go in knowing what you want checked before you sign.
