About Camping World - Hillsboro
Camping World in Hillsboro is an RV dealer with a repair shop attached, so you can walk the lot and get service questions answered in the same trip. The inventory leans toward travel trailers and fifth wheels, with brands like Jayco showing up in reviews. Financing comes up a lot in what people write, and repeat buyers mention staff who explain things without pushing. On the service side, reviewers describe roof, A/C, and awning work, plus body, generator, and parts support. One owner of a 19-year-old Airstream had the A/C replaced, and the mechanic walked through a manufacturer error before the retail team sorted it out. Another long-time RVer praised the techs for fixing it right the first time. Not every story lands clean. A few reviews cover pickup problems and a rough consignment experience, so it pays to check the details before you sign. With 1,341 Google reviews averaging 4.4, you get a mix, and the sales floor gets more praise than the back office.

What renters mention
“We have been in the RV World since 1999. Have Spoken with lots of sales people and have had several RV’s. We decided to get another Travel Trailer. We live in a big 5th Wheel right now, just needed something smaller to travel part time.” – Janet R., 2 months ago, on Google
“The team at the Hillsboro Camping World recently replaced my 19 year old a/c unit on my Airstream trailer. They did a great job of getting me the right unit and even jumped through hoops to address an error from the a/c manufacturer.” – Brian S., 3 months ago, on Google
“I've had RV service and sold my RV though this Camping World location. After four decades in the service industry I would be hard pressed to suggest any thing this dealership could do to improve service!” – DeLaine T., 6 months ago, on Google
