About Camping World - Columbia
Camping World in Columbia is an RV dealer and repair shop on the south side of town. You'll find new and used RVs for sale, plus financing, trade-ins, and consignment. They also handle roof and awning work, and stock parts and generators in the store. With over 1,700 Google reviews and a 4.2 rating, the sales side gets a lot of love. Reviewers often mention kind staff and a no-pressure approach, and many praise the camper selection. One customer drove from near Augusta after a bad experience at their local Camping World and said the Columbia team was friendly and didn't waste their time. Another appreciated a patient salesperson who showed multiple options. Service is more of a mixed bag. Some reviewers describe long waits for repairs, with one saying they sat for five hours while issues were fixed before pickup. Others mention damage during service. It's the kind of place where a good sales experience doesn't always carry over to the shop.
