About Blue Moon Mobile RV
Blue Moon Mobile RV is a repair shop off the beaten path in Carrollton that also sends techs out to you. They've been at it over 30 years, working on all makes and models, and the 4.5-star rating across 173 Google reviews suggests they've mostly earned it. The services list is long: roof repair and replacement, AC, awnings, generators, electrical, suspension, tires, body and trim, plus collision work. Shop and mobile repairs are both on the table, and there's a 30-day labor warranty on what they fix. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Knowledgeable is the word that shows up most, and people describe them as kind and honest too. One traveler stuck mid-trip with a water leak got walked through a cheap fix over the phone, then had a tech out the next day for two more leaks. Others mention a mystery Aqua-Hot issue that three other shops couldn't diagnose, and a generator carburetor swapped so a family from Nebraska could get their AC back. That kind of thing is why they get referred around DFW.

What renters mention
“We have looked for a reputable RV service center in DFW for our 2003 Foretravel. For the past 20 years, we have been driving to Nacogdoches, TX where the Foretravel Factory is.” – Michael S., 4 months ago, on Google
“We cannot say enough good things about this shop. After going through three different RV repair places and spending a lot of time and money with no answers, we were honestly at the point of giving up.” – Bridget M., 10 months ago, on Google
“We’re on our first RV trip of the year from Alabama. First discovered a water leak in our in-line pump filter. Zach talked us through it on the phone that it’s only a $10 part and easy to replace myself. Integrity at its best!” – Bryan D., 5 months ago, on Google
