About Blue Compass RV South Houston
Blue Compass RV sits in Alvin and handles both sides of RV ownership: sales and service. The service bay covers air conditioning, electrical, brakes, awnings and appliance repair, and the parts counter stocks what you need for the trip home. They work on travel trailers and motorhomes, and one reviewer passing through with a water leak got in without an appointment. Reviews point to the people more than the building. Staff come up again and again as courteous and informative, with plenty of mentions of a no pressure sales floor. Buyers say the walkthrough after purchase was thorough, and a few note clear explanations of what was being fixed and why. Warranty work draws the most comments, including a customer who came in frustrated and later changed a one star review to five after the shop made things right. Financing gets called transparent in a handful of reviews, and deliveries come with a detail class on the camper. It is a busy place, 854 reviews, so call ahead if you are mid-trip and need a bay.
