About Blue Compass RV Hickory
Blue Compass RV Hickory sits at 3300 Centennial Blvd in Claremont, a straight shot for most of the Catawba Valley. It's a dealer first, selling motorhomes, travel trailers and fifth wheels, but there's a repair shop and parts counter behind all that. If something on your rig quits mid-trip, this is one of the closer options. Reviewers bring up the parts department more than anything else, and propane tank filling and state inspection come up too. The AC and awning work gets mentioned. One owner needed a replacement AC for a Montana High Country and said the parts manager sorted out a fit problem fast. Warranty work and body, generator and chassis service show up in the mix. The sales side draws a crowd too, with people describing patient walkthroughs and staff who track down what you actually asked for. At 4.5 stars across more than a thousand reviews, the spread is wide. A few service department complaints are in there, so read those before you book. Weekends are mentioned.

What renters mention
“Let me tell you how much this place has changed. When you walk through the front doors you are greeted with a smile and a handshake not by a receptionist, but by Brett the GM of the dealership! Our sales representative was Jay.” – Dustin B., 7 months ago, on Google
“Making 6-figure purchases are always nerve racking and more-so when you're working across state lines. I found this dealer by way of the Dynamax Dealer locator and I can thankfully say I found a good one!” – Marshall D., 10 months ago, on Google
