About Blue Compass RV Columbia Northeast (Formerly Browns RV Superstore)
Blue Compass RV Columbia Northeast, formerly Brown's RV Superstore, has been selling and servicing RVs in South Carolina since 1986. The McBee lot carries new and used travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes, and the service bay handles warranty work and repairs. It's a big operation with a 4.3-star average across more than 1,100 Google reviews. Reviewers often mention warranty work and courteous staff. One customer praised salesman Quincy for being low pressure and easy to deal with, and another said Joe went above and beyond helping them look at units. A parts request for a windshield got sorted in a few hours for someone who'd never bought there before. Not every review is positive. A few owners describe slow follow-up on problems after the sale, including a camper that arrived with a broken slider and unanswered calls. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you commit. The shop also handles air conditioner repair and camper sales, and there's a lifetime warranty mentioned in some feedback.
