About Big Bend Mobile RV Service & Supply / American Dream Vacations Big Bend RV Rentals
Big Bend RV in Alpine handles repair, parts, rentals and sales, and the mobile service is the part that matters when you are stuck. Reviewers describe calling and getting a tech sent out, one of them meeting a stranded rig in Fort Stockton about 1.5 hours after the call. A loose connection and low hydraulic fluid were found fast and the trip continued. People tend to mention the staff first. Courteous is the word that keeps coming up, along with fair pricing and parts that are actually in stock. One reviewer with an older fifth wheel got a sink diagnosis over the phone. Another praised the work on a Lance water heater, from diagnosis to ordering the part to the swap. Not everyone is happy. One customer waited five weeks for a quote that never came and had trouble getting callbacks, so ask for a timeline up front if your job is bigger than a quick fix. They also sell eggs, which tells you something about the place.
