About Benchmark RV LLC
Benchmark RV LLC is a mobile RV repair shop based in Grand Isle, Vermont. They handle air conditioning, roofs, awnings, and electrical systems, and also offer aftermarket accessories, backup cameras, batteries, brake controller installs, converters, and customizations. If you break down mid-trip, they're set up for emergency calls and weekend work, and they come to you. Reviewers often mention how quickly Mike responds and how well he explains things. One traveler blew bearings on a fifth wheel near the Canadian border on a Sunday and said Mike came out that evening to check it, then fixed it once parts arrived. Another had a lift system fail on a pop-up and got a callback the same evening with troubleshooting steps. People also note his knowledge and friendliness. Not every review is perfect. One local customer said they'd used him before but were still waiting on a water pump repair after months and couldn't get a callback. So if you need something non-urgent, it might be worth confirming the schedule up front. For urgent breakdowns, though, the feedback leans positive.
