About Bay Area RV Parts & Service
Bay Area RV Parts & Service sits in Gilroy and handles the stuff that stalls a trip: AC, roof repairs, generators, chassis work, body and trim. They also sell parts and run mobile service, so some jobs can come to your storage lot instead of you hauling the rig in. Reviews split, and it's worth reading both sides. Several owners praise Alison up front for knowing RVs and staying responsive, and Albert for getting straight to the problem. One reviewer said an AC fix happened fast on short notice while other shops quoted weeks, and another brought in a misbehaving generator after two other dealers failed. Not everyone is sold. A couple of reviewers describe sloppy work and ethical concerns, so ask questions and get the scope in writing before you commit. Hours are posted, and they're not open around the clock. If you're broke down nearby, call ahead and describe the rig and the symptom.
