About Basin RV Sales & Service
Basin RV Sales & Service is an RV dealer and repair shop on the Moses Lake side of things in Washington. They handle mobile service, AC work, awnings, parts, towing equipment, and warranty repairs, and they're open weekends. Reviewers keep coming back to the same themes. Several mention fair pricing, and the crew gets credit for being quick to diagnose problems, like a frayed cable on a big slide and an awning that was blowing fuses. More than a few people describe the staff as accommodating and willing to work around a schedule. One traveler stuck on I-90 says other shops never called back and Basin got them rolling again. Not every review is glowing. One owner thought a black tank unplug cost too much and reported damage found afterward. Reviewers talk about RJ and Mike by name, quick turnarounds, and getting back on the road. Some note no-pressure sales and staff who explain the work.

“This place is amazing! I spent the night on I-90E after the Columbia bridge on the way back to Minnesota with my 5 year old and 2 cats and no other company would get back to me. RJ contacted me, and upon arrival, was beyond accommodating.” – Valyn P., 2 years ago, on Google
“Sure enjoyed great service from RJ and crew. Polite, professional, willing to work with my schedule. The price for the work they had to perform was very reasonable, and I felt confident that they knew their way around the business.” – Ben G., a year ago, on Google
