About Bankston RV Parts & Service
Bankston RV Parts & Service on the north side of Huntsville is the kind of place you end up when something breaks mid-trip. The parts counter gets a lot of love in reviews, with several people singling out Phil for knowing his stuff and going out of his way to track down a heavy-duty tow bar and ancilary parts when another shop might have shrugged. The staff overall comes across as friendly, and the selection of parts earns repeat mentions. The service side is more of a mixed bag. One reviewer praised a winterization walkthrough and said the tech answered every question. But others describe long waits for callbacks and a frustrating back-and-forth over a trailer window. Ratings sit at 4.0 from 109 reviews, which tracks with a place that has loyal parts customers and a service department that sometimes drops the ball. They handle AC work, roof repairs, chassis and engine diagnostics, brakes, batteries, electrical, oil changes, and body and trim. Hours are posted, so call ahead if you're rolling in late.
