About Bain's Truck & Trailer Repair
Bain's is a veteran-owned truck and trailer shop on the western edge of Maryland, and they run mobile road service around the clock within 150 miles of Hancock. That covers a lot of ground: Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Virginia, from Hagerstown and Frederick out to Cumberland, Breezewood, Martinsburg and Winchester. Towing is available 24/7 too. The shop handles brakes, batteries, electrical, exhaust, oil changes and A/C, plus engine diagnostics. Tractor, trailer, RV and travel trailer tires are kept in stock, new, recapped and used. Reviewers keep coming back to the roadside calls. One driver three hours into a long trip had his exhaust drop on I-70 and got it reattached the same day. Others mention a coolant leak fixed on site and a water line and toilet sorted out fast. Nine reviews single out fair pricing, and the owner gets called knowledgeable and patient. Communication is the weak spot. One reviewer says calls went unanswered after a promised mechanic. The shop is run by one busy man, and a reviewer advises letting him work.
