People describe him as knowledgeable and honest, and several mention he stuck with a job until he found the real cause, not just the symptom. Reviews mention rotten roof repairs on a used camper and serious rodent damage, along with 5th wheel and camper work. Travelers passing through have stopped in with a dead coach A/C or a charging problem. What stands out in the reviews is how people were treated.
