About Arnold's RV Parts & Services
Arnold's RV Parts & Services is an RV repair shop in Enid, Oklahoma, that also does mobile, roof and AC work. There's a parts counter too, so you can grab what you need while you're there. The 4.2-star rating comes from 66 Google reviews, and they run both ways. Reviewers often mention the staff being helpful, and one driver found a part in stock that nobody else in town carried, at a better price. Another praised a tech who called a day early to move an appointment up and didn't charge extra for the evening slot. Others weren't so lucky. A few describe missed appointments, unanswered calls and a roof left out in the rain. Someone else walked the store for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. And one customer says they were told, same day, that their unit couldn't be serviced. Mobile service, roof and AC repairs, and some warranty work come up in reviews. Hours are posted, but it's not a 24/7 operation, so plan around that if something breaks mid-trip.
