About Andrus Rv
Andrus RV is an RV repair shop in Highlands, Texas, handling air conditioning, electrical, refrigeration, and body and trim work. They work with warranties and insurance claims and can get parts. Hours are posted, and it's not a 24/7 operation. The reviews are rough. Out of 14, the average sits at 2.1, and the complaints repeat: slow to no response, calls that don't get returned, and jobs that drag on. A few reviewers mention a camper held for years and an insurance estimate paid with no repair follow-through. Others describe tense phone calls. Not every review is bad. One owner had the AC go out on their rig and said Andrus came out the same day to diagnose it, got it approved through the warranty, and had the unit in the day after it arrived. That's the kind of story you want when you're stuck. Weigh the mixed record before you call.
