About American Truck & RV
American Truck & RV is a family owned and operated full service RV dealer in San Angelo, Texas. They've been at it since 1983, selling new and used RVs, taking consignments, and running a service department with mobile service and a parts store. If you're dealing with insurance or an extended warranty, they welcome claims and honor most warranties. They also rent and store RVs. Reviewers keep mentioning the people. Ken, a salesman, gets called knowledgeable and straightforward, and Glenn McCleery helped one customer find a camper they'd missed online. Mitch handled a hail damage repair and kept the owner updated the whole way, and a roof repair got finished in time for a vacation. Multiple folks drove hours to get here, and the team made sure they could hit the road safely. The shop handles roof repairs, trailer fixes, electrical wiring, and chassis work. Parts availability comes up often in reviews, and the staff is described as polite and caring. First-time buyers say the process felt quick and simple, with nothing hidden. It's a busy place, but the communication is a common thread.
