About American RV Inc
American RV Inc in Burton handles roof work, awnings, AC, electrical, and oil changes. Reviewers mention camper repair, hot water heaters, generators, and batteries. One owner drove down from up north after finding them through a dealer locator for suspension work on a Class A motorhome. Communication comes up a lot. Justin kept one customer in the loop with weekly updates, and that customer called the shop honest and reasonably priced. Others describe quick fixes for awning, strip lights, and slide adjustment. It's not perfect. A billing mix-up on a quote left one owner unhappy, and another had mud tracked through a clean unit. Parts availability helps on older rigs; one reviewer was glad they had an AC cover for a 25-year-old unit on the shelf. Call ahead to set up an appointment.
