About Alpin Haus RV of Oak Ridge - Parts & Service
Alpin Haus runs an RV parts and service center at its Oak Ridge, NJ location, and the dealership side covers new and used RVs plus trailers. The broader company is one of the country's larger RV dealers, with a handful of industry awards to its name. Reviews land at 4.4 from 158 Google ratings, and the pattern is mixed but leans positive. Staff come up often as kind and patient, and several owners mention a no-pressure sales approach and a thorough, unhurried walkthrough at delivery. Techs get credit for trailer repair, camper repair, recall and warranty work. Others describe follow-up after a service visit that fell short, and one buyer felt the prep fee was a poor value. Call ahead about scheduling. The shop handles routine repairs and warranty jobs, but the service department has drawn complaints, so it pays to be clear about what you expect when you drop off.
