About All American RV Service Center
All American RV Service Center is a stand-alone shop in Berea, Kentucky, with no sales floor attached. That means the work is service and repair only, from air conditioning and electrical to tires, batteries, damage repair and larger jobs. They also do insurance estimates and warranty work. Reviewers keep bringing up Jack and Penny by name. One owner broke down on the side of the road, and Jack showed up to diagnose a failed fan. Penny traced it to a recall and got parts sent. Another camper at the campground across the street had a dead furnace and got a same-day visit, with the furnace pulled, fixed and reinstalled. People mention frequent progress updates and prices they call reasonable. A few say they had been to three other shops before this one, and that the electrical problem finally got fixed here. It is a 4.8 across 20 Google reviews, and the theme running through them is communication.
