About 1st Choice Collision Center
1st Choice Collision Center is an auto body shop in Dover that also takes on RVs, trailers, trucks, boats and fleet vehicles. The work covers collision repair, painting, paintless dent repair, frame straightening, windshield replacement, wheel alignments and detailing, plus help with insurance claims. Reviewers often bring in vehicles with deer damage, and several mention the repairs came out looking like nothing happened. People writing reviews keep coming back to the communication. They say the staff stays in touch from start to finish and explains what is going on. One customer said the shop met them at a rental counter to sort out a truck drop-off, and another said the final bill matched the estimate. Turnaround gets mentioned too. A few reviewers said the work was done before the promised time, and more than one was surprised to find their vehicle detailed inside and out at pickup. The shop works with major insurance companies and offers estimate and repair appointments.

“Excellent customer service, great attention to detail, and great communication!” – Ellen C., 5 years ago, on Google
